Perhaps I should have been more detailed in my last post about the 5th-8th school that is being built. For the most part, I think most fiction and nonfiction books would be fine for all 5th-8th grade students to use, but I'm wondering about some titles that are definitely geared towards 8th and above, such as Speak, Acceleration, The Burn Journals, etc. And what about some nonfiction books on sex ed, etc? I wouldn't want to recommend -not - including those books in the library (it would be a disservice to the 8th graders) but even as liberal minded as I am, I could not justify 5th graders reading the titles mentioned above...
