I asked about the movie Narnia as I had not seen it yet and was getting queries about it. Thanks to all who sent me their critique. ( 27 messages so far!!) The great majority of you agree that it is well done and follows the book pretty faithfully, but not to the point of being slow - the effects are very good. There are a couple of scenes not in the book, but they serve to set the context, or enhance the movement. Those who enjoyed the books liked the movie as well - great compliment. Some expressed concern over having very young children see it due to violence. Most agreed it was well worth seeing and a great movie. Lots of great effects. Can't wait to see it myself. My grandson ( 8 years old) went to see it Saturday with his parents and said it was "Verry, Verrry, good.!"
