Hello everyone, I am working on my Applied Project for graduate school. For this project I am investigating methods of parent-teacher communication. One of those methods is using a Web site. I would let to set up a small parent/teacher committee to look at our school Web site, answer a series of questions about the Web site (like can you find the school calendar?) and then do the same questionnaire again after some editing of the Web site (hopefully fixing the items parents/teachers noted as missing). I remember reading an article in a journal about this kind process being done at another school, but cannot re-locate the article. Does anyone remember this article or have any suggestions for questions to ask the participants? Thank you for your help.
