[LM_NET] TARGET: Copyright Question

I am seeking the collective wisdom of the LMNet list.

A drama teacher wants to use a script from www.lionking.org/scripts for her 
classes. The production will later become a public performance at the school. This 
site has scripts that are rewrites based on the Disney original. But the site does 
not indicate that any permission has been granted from Disney. The school principal 
is questioning the teachers use of these scripts for her classroom and/or 
performance.
