Must be a building thing. I will introduce my student teachers as just that,
student teachers..If I were to introduce him/her as a librarian who is
visiting I would not be honest. The students would quickly determine that
this person was a student librarian/teacher and I would lose credibility.

In this school - everyone is seen hopefully as Christ - and no teacher,
student teacher, staff, etc. would ever be treated as less than a wonderful
person who is contributing to the overall environment of our family. My
students already know that the student teacher is arriving next month and
they have expressed interest in meeting her and working with her. To
identify her as a librarian would be less than truthful.
