Actually, there are NCLC, TCLC, and CLC.....Nineteenth Century Literary Criticisms,
Twentieth Century Literary Criticisms, and Contemporary Literary Criticisms.

There are also several others...but the NCLC was one that I wanted to make sure you
knew actually existed. They are from Thomson-Gale and you can access them via
print or through online databases. We have both formats (and all three
versions---NCLC, TCLC, and CLC).

Subject: [LM_NET] reference books

I had a teacher ask a question that I can't answer. I have seen so many
questions of this type get answered here that I am trying to tap the
collective wisdom of the group knowing that if I don't get an answer
from here, there is no way to find the answer with the information
given!

I know it is vague, but here is exactly what my teacher asked me:

Hey here's a question for you. There are these awesome reference books
that critique various literary works and authors and styles. I think
they're called NCLC. I don't remember exactly. Do you know what I
mean?

Thank you in advance for your help!
