[LM_NET] ELMEN: 2nd grade dictionary?

I need your suggestions on a good 2nd grade dictionary:  It should have
guide words, pronunciation, about 1,500 word entries, a reading level of
2.5 - 3.2, and be of a current publication date (from 2002 or newer - so
it does not age my collection - with the purchase of a classroom set for
the library.)

What do you suggest?  We currently have Scholastic First Dictionary -
it is great but it is dated 1998 and I do not want to purchase a
classroom set with a publication date of 1998.  Any suggestions??
