[LM_NET] TECH: Policy-Personal PC Use--THANKS

Thanks to all who responded to my request for information about tech
policies prohibiting the use of personal laptops by teachers at
school.  If anyone else is interested, the primary reasons such a
policy might exist are viruses and liability concerns.  My district
does not have a policy in place, and I was just curious.
