[LM_NET] Weeding & deleting

I hope someone can help me out.  I am ready to begin weeding my collection
& I have no idea what to do.  I know how to decide what to weed but I
don't know what to do now.  I am using Winnebago.  How do I delete the
book from my system and do I have to fill out any forms to turn into
anyone?  That may be a school system item, but I'm just clueless!!  LOL
