If you're getting this email it's because at some point over the past ten years or 
so you made it into my email address book, and I ve just discovered this great and 
simple service that allows you to easily update all your contacts. It would be very 
helpful if you could click on the link below and enter your contact details for me:

This is a free service that keeps contact details current, all you have to do is 
update your own contact details and then the changes appear in selected friends' 
address books. When I update my contact details you will see them in your address 
book.

Pretty cool, huh?
