[LM_NET] TARGET: Surpass users

We are very interested in the web-based Safari program.  I have
'misplaced' e-mails I had from some of you about your satisfaction with
this product.  Could you e-mail me once again?  Surpass seems to be a
company that is not widely used, but what I have seen so far I really
like.  Our tech guy just wants to make sure there will not be many
problems about the adoption of this software.  So once again I need to
know:
1.  how responsive support is
2.  have you had any major problems with the product
3.  what are some of the decisions we should decide before we import
our information?  Problems with records?
4.  how easy is it to learn and use?
5.  other.

Thanks very much for answering these questions again.  All the e-mails
in the folder got deleted so I am asking again.

I will share your responses with the tech guys, you may even hear from
