[LM_NET] TARGET: SEC: grade level goals

Hi all,

My principal has decided that it would be a good idea to teach research
skills at every grade level in my high school (yay!).  She wants me to
come up with skills/goals that would be accomplished by the end of every
year--and that we would eventually assess.  Do any of you have similar
programs in your schools?  I took a look at Illinois state standards,
but they seem very general. Any help you can give would be much
appreciated, and I will compile a hit if there is any interest.
