[LM_NET] GEN: Technology Agreement

Could you tell me if your students need to sign technology agreement every year, 
even the contents are not changed?

Currently our students are required to sign the agreement in the beginning of each 
school year, but my boss started to think if this is necessary because the contents 
are the same. She wants me to find out how other schools are handling this.
