I received many requests to share my responses for alternatives to Sports Illustrated for Kids, so I am sharing it with the group. The only suggestion that I received was ESPN magazine from someone currently using this in their middle school. I have not yet looked into whether this is an appropriate magazine at the elementary level. Most responses provided me with advice on how to prolong the life of the current issues that I receive, rather than suggestions for other magazines. Thank you to everyone for your responses!
