A good source for blueprint types of things is is the Library of Congress American Memory Collection. http://memory.loc.gov On the left side of the screen is a browse the collections button; select architecture , landscape. This one "Architecture and Engineering ~ HABS/HAER ~ Multiformat ~ 1933-present Built in America: Historic American Buildings Survey/Historic American Engineering Record, 1933-Present" might be especially helpful. Here is the URL for that collection: http://memory.loc.gov/ammem/collections/habs_haer/ I also have an activity on geometic shapes, which coincidentally I shared with one of our math teachers today. She plans to show the pictures (which are primary source documents from AMerican Memory) using a video projector in her classroom. This will be an introduction to geometric shapes.
