[LM_NET] Tar: HS: Need curriculum and teaching materials for student assistants

Dear Colleagues:

I am looking for up-to-date materials to use in training my student library
aides.  They are students in 10th - 12th grades and generally have no prior
experience working in libraries. The previous librarian had a curriculum,
but it's very outdated and pretty dull.  I'm seeking instructional materials
and possibly online tutorials to make their experience here educational and
interesting. I've looked on the web some, but haven't had any luck. Any
ideas?
