[LM_NET] Target: Scholarships or Grants for professional development

Net Friends,
I have a middle school teacher friend who has the opportunity to go with a
college group to the British Isles this year.  They would be studying places
and history that my friend teaches.  She needs help with funding, though,
and didn't know where to turn.  I hoped that some of you might have
suggestions that would save my searching the web for her.  If you do, I know
she'd appreciate the information.
