Does anyone know of a website that one can plug a town or zip code into and find out what one might expect to pay for renting a home? I recently lost my dad and inherited the house up in the town of Hamburg, NY. I am thinking of keeping it and renting it out. but have no idea what I might reasonable expect someone to pay. Or, if such a site does not exist, does anyone know a mathematical formula where I can plug in the taxes, insurance, water, etc and come to a fair figure? At first I was going to sell, but my husband and I were thinking that we might like to move back "home" when we retire in about a thousand years or so. Also, our accountant says it would make a nice little tax shelter. Dawn M.
