Last year I created a trackstar track on this topic for one of our teachers.
It provides a site with criteria for evaluation as well as a list of sites
for students to evaluate. Some are ligit--some aren't. One is a ligit site,
but has obvious bias. You can find my track at
www.trackstar.4teachers.org
The track number for this track is 193052.
You could also do a search by topic on Web evaluation to see if anyone else
has done a track on this topic. Let me know if you have any questions.
