[LM_NET] ELEM: Fourth Grade state project

Hello all!

There is a fourth grade teacher at my school that would like to exchange an
information letter with other classes (preferably fourth grade) in other
states.  She is not looking for a pen-pal project, but rather one class
letter written about the students' home state.  In return, her class would
send a letter with information about Connecticut.  She would like to
exchange letters with classes in the following states:  MA, RI, VT, NH, ME,
NY, PA, MD, NJ and DEL.
