Our personnel policy committee is going to discuss personal days and I
would like to have some examples of personal days taken in other
schools. Everyone starts with 2 personal days that can be taken at the
cost of substitute pay. After 10 years, a free personal day is added,
and then after 20, another free personal day is added, and finally after
25, the last free personal day is added. After 25 years a teacher has 5
personal days each year, with 3 of them free. We would like to "tweek"
this and examples from other schools may give us some help.
