[LM_NET] Gen: How to? live streaming

I need some help!  Our cable is out and I have not been given a time frame
for repair.  Our current events classes want to watch the inauguration
tomorrow.  Thank you for reminding me that we can watch the live stream.  I
have never done this before so I am wondering the best way to set it up.

We are using Window Media Player. I am watching and listening to C-SPAN
right now but the picture is about 2inches by 2.5 inches.    Is it possible
to get the picture full sized or at least bigger?
