[LM_NET] SEC: Software for home ec./hospitality studies

My Family and Consumer Science (alias home ec.) teachers would like to know of any 
software out there appropriate to their field that is being used successfully in 
your schools.  Besides the usual courses, we also have a number of Hospitality 
prevocational classes and Preparation for Life that is offered to seniors. Thanks.
