If books are out of print in Spanish, but in print in English, is it okay to
have the English version translated into Spanish and distributed to several
teachers? Should the publisher/copyright holder be contacted for
permission?

Can anyone answer these questions and/or direct me to the guidelines/laws to
answer this query. Thanks!
