[LM_NET] ELEM: Freddy the Hamster

After lurking through most of my graduate classes and now my first year
in a school I finally have a request!

Our school is going to be doing a "One Book, One School" activity using
the books I, Freddy and Freddy in Peril (yes, I know, that's more like
"Two Books, One School" . . . but that is another story and beside the
point! 8]). I would like to pick your brains for fun activities
involving the precocious hamster. Or activities relating to an entire
pre-K-5 school reading and discussing the same book.

Please respond to me and I will, of course, post a hit of your ingenious
suggestions!
