[LM_NET] submitting student work

Hi there.  I had a middle school history teacher approach me about
finding places and organizations that give awards for and publish
outstanding student work.  Any ideas on where I could find a list?  Or
do you know of any individual organizations.

Please respond directly to me, and I will summarize if people are
interested.
