[LM_NET] TARGET: Accent users

I have found in the archives opinons about Follett's Destiny and have a
question on Lm_net now about Surpass's product. We are also looking at
Sagebush's Accent.  What do you users think of it?

Easy to use?
How is support?  Can anyone call?  or only  designated people?
Was the transition smooth?

What would you like to change?

I personally think support renewal is high.  What are your thoughts?
