[LM_NET] Target: Sec: Planning the 21st Century Library

After 35 years our shelving has becoming unstable, old and shabby along with
most of the rest of the furnishings in our library.  I am starting to put
together a proposal to remodel the facility and could use some feedback.
How will the media center of the 21st century be different? What services
will it offer? What will we need to meet those demands? What would you want
in your 21st century high school media center?  I will post a hit.
