[LM_NET] computer labs

My principal asked me to to find out if any elemementary schools have a
laptop computer lab on a cart? If so what are the pros and cons? We are
considering it because we are so overcrowded that we have had to give up our
computer room to a classroom. Any advice/expertise you could offer would be
appreciated.
