LM_NET, you've done it again. What a fabulous resource!!!!! I think I received my first answer in 2 minutes. For those of you who wish to learn a new word, here's the high five: xysti is plural for xystus - a long and open portico used in ancient Greece for athletic exercises such as wrestling and running, for use in winter or stormy weather. Here are some new resources I found thanks to some of you. Thought it was only right to share with everyone. Thanks again. www.morewords.com www.dictionary.referrence.com www.spellingbee.com (infrequently used words) Lynn Butler, LMS Lamar Elementary Library San Angelo, Texas "Reading is a Window to the World!" ____________________________________ Confidentiality Notice: This memo and any files transmitted with it are the property of San Angelo Independent School District, are confidential, and are intended solely for the use of the individual or entity to which this memo is addressed.
