[LM_NET] GEN: Dewey for World's Fairs

Good morning, :)

I need some help assigning a call number to a book about World's Fairs.
It's currently in 607 which is where LC places it. But it's not being used
there (it was checked out once in 1972). It's also not focused on the
technology displayed at the Fairs, but on society as well as technology.
I'd like to give it a chance before discarding it by moving it somewhere
that kids might actually find it. I've thought about 909 for world
history, but that area doesn't get used much either. Where would you put
this book?
