I'm cataloging Steven Kellogg's version of "Santa Claus is coming to town," which
uses the song lyrics for text. I've downloaded the MARC record from the LOC and
Kellogg is considered the main entry, not one of the song's lyricists. Is there
some new rule? I've got "The night before christmas" versions catalogued under
Moore, regardless of the illustrator. It seems to me, this book should be
catalogued using similar logic.
