[LM_NET] separate shelving

Last year I purchased two red carts w/ 3 shelves per side. I put the
popular series fiction on these carts with plastic clip on dividers
labeling the series.
We put red see through tape over the spine labels. It makes it easy for
little helpers to shelve correctly. This has worked out well for us and
freed up some space on the regular shelves. 
 
I read the suggestion about flower boxes, it sounded interesting but I
am not exactly sure what they are.
