[LM_NET] Target: Screening for aptitude

Does anyone use an aptitude test to screen potential public library
volunteers?

We are fortunate to have many applicants, but have discovered that some have
having great difficulty grasping the fundamentals of alphabetizing and
filing in
numerical order.

Likewise, does anyone have an effective and simple method/materials to teach
these skills to volunteers?
