I was also surprised by Fleur!!!  I, like Mrs.
Weasley, thought she was vain and would dump Bill when
he was so horribly disfigured.

But, she is made of stronger studd that I thought.
The scene where Mrs. Weasley realizes that Fleur
really does love Bill made me cry too.
