[LM_NET] Target: slogan for bulletin board

I am trying to think of a slogan for a bulletin board I am putting
together but my brain is not functioning properly!

The display will to have books on or set in cool/cold places to help
you think of cooling off in our scorching heat.  It has been in the 110s
with medium humidity.  Truly miserable weather.  With school starting
Aug. 1st  I'm not sure the weather will change that much.

I have "snow" and snowflakes on the display but I cannot think of quite
the right words to title the board.  I will also hang books on the
display that fit the theme.  Any ideas for a title/slogan?
