[LM_NET] Loading a laminator

When I started as a librarian 7 years ago, the previous librarian said to
always load the laminator cold.  At my new library (using the same brand of
laminator) the leaving librarain said to always load it while it was hot  (ouch!).
What do you do?  It is a GBC brand ad I have ot been able to locate  the
manual in her files.
