[LM_NET] Little things to make life easier

While I am in my OPTIMISTIC mode at the beginning of the school year and I
still believe I will accomplish all those Tasks in my To DO lists, I thought
I'd  ask what little things you will be doing this year to make your life easier
 particularly taking advantage of technologies.

Here are some of my resolutions:
Encourage every teacher to turn on the captions on their TV's
Use the calendar and alarm feature on my cell phone
Set alarms to ring at the end of afterschool meetings so I go home on  time!
Keep my digital voice recorder in the cupholder of my car since I have my
most brilliant ideas while traffic is at a stand-still.
Use the folders in my email including: Keepers, Print & Pitch Me's, Do  on
the weekend
Print my blank excel scheduler and fill in LUNCH time ahead of time. (If I
change it, I'll earn flexibility points with teachers)
Backup daily the new files that would be inconvenient to lose. Do it while
packing daily until it is a regular habit.

Any other optimistic ideas?
