Off of my 'to do' list: Get (back) in habit of noting DAILY what I did when there weren't scheduled classess in; on the calendar, just a mention of 'worked with small groups', 'cataloged/processed 20 books', 'unit planning with science teacher', or 'built SciFi display'. The year I was successful doing it, I started before year started and it got pretty easy to take a couple of minutes each day. Sure helped with the 'what did I get done?' feeling on Friday. Also, since mine was (is) online, it helped with the 'pretty cushy job' comments, helps in justifying time and dollar budgets, etc <http://www.43folders.com/> is worth skimming occasionally: * productivity and time management tips * ideas about modest ways to improve your life and reduce stress * cool or helpful shortcuts that makes life a bit easier <http://merlin.blogs.com/about.html> Our HS/college daughter mentioned voice recorder as a 'off to college' need; now we're shopping for three.....
