[LM_NET] GEN: LM_NET Status: Operational Once Again

Dear Members of LM_NET,

This is to let you know that there was a problem yesterday with the list,
in which it was suspended for awhile. The wonderful support folks at
Syracuse University were alerted, and had us back online very shortly
thereafter.
