If you live in the Philadelphia area, we need your advice! I'll be coming to Philadelphia with a friend at the end of June for the NECC conference, bing held at the Conference Center. Of course, having waited so long to register, we are locked out of all the conference hotels. So I started looking on the net for info on other hotels. There are plenty in the "surrounding areas" but I don't know enough about Philly to make an informed decision. For example, is it better to be in Cherry Hill, NJ than somewhere near the airport? What are some areas to avoid? We'll have a car, so we won't be dependent on public transportation Or if there is a subway/rail system, perhaps we could find a hotel near one of the stations? Any suggestions would be helpful!
