[LM_NET] Local Elkhart, IN media specialist

Hi,
Hope someone can pull a rabbit out of the hat for me with this request.
My Dad got a letter about his high school class reunion (class of 1935
I am guessing) but after sending in his reservation he has misplaced
the letter with the information as to location for the luncheon on June
22.  When we called Elkhart H.S. the response was, we have no contact
after students graduate. They could not help us.  They did give us a
phone number for the local paper, entertainment desk I think, but when
we called, a recording said the number had been disconnected.  Is there
a local Elkhart media specialist who might be able to help me track
down the location for the reunion so I can get him there????  Any
suggestions appreciated.  (We are trying to get him to dredge up
classmates names and we will attempt to connect with someone who would
be going but that may be a long shot.)  We continue to look for the
letter but again not too promising.  Hope someone had a bright idea as
to how to get the missing information.
