[LM_NET] ELE: Summer Reading Programs

I'd like to make a list of stores and companies (nationwide) that offer kids some 
sort of prize or reward for reading during the summer.

Here are two I know about:

Build A Bear has a program.

Read 3 books to get a coupon for a Read Bear and read three more to pick a prize 
from a grab bag.

Barnes & Noble
http://www.barnesandnobleinc.com/our_company/community/Summer_Reading/Summer_Reading_Program.html
Read any eight Noble, write about their favorite part, and bring a completed Dive 
into Reading Journal page to a Barnes & Noble bookstore to earn free books.
