[LM_NET] GEN: need book about how to make Am Indian tools (pre-contact)

I posted this request yesterday but it didn't come to me via LM_NET or
cc-ing myself.

I have had a number of requests for books that tell how to make tools used
by American Indians (pre-contact).  I can find lots that tell what tools
they made, but none with instructions or accounts of how they made them. 
Anyone have any suggestions?
