American innerspring Manufacturers (AIM) a national non-profit group is
distributing an out-of-the-ordinary youth poster to teachers,
librarians, educators, and parents who request one while supplies last.
The poster is free and can be obtained by logging onto www.aiminfo.org
or calling 1-800-TUCK-ME-IN.
AIM is focusing on efforts to emphasize the importance of a good night's
rest for students. The poster, Zombies, Underwear, and Monkey Kung-Fu is
cleverly illustrated and designed to appeal to youth. Woven throughout
the unusual illustrations are important messages about sleep.
I wanted to make everyone aware of the poster before supplies were gone.
It would have been mentioned in the next issue of /Teacher Librarian/,
but that might have been too late for everyone to take advantage of this
free offer.
