Hi LM_NETters! This monthıs topic is Languages. The Language section in libraries is often static in spite of the dynamic need for global communication. So, which of these antonyms best describes your language collection: static or dynamic? To put it in slang, was it "groovy" decades ago but not "fantasmic" now? For more details on weeding this section of the school library media center, including a rationale, examples of outdated titles, and titles to consider for possible purchase, visit the SUNLINK Weed of the Month page: http://www.sunlink.ucf.edu/weed/ -- Just the knowledge that a good book is awaiting one at the end of a long day makes that day happier.
