[LM_NET] REF: TV Announcements w/Clock

Does anyone out there have daily tv announcements which run all day,
which have a clock on them? We are researching a system that would do
our announcements and also have the time on it.  The current system
we have is very outdated and cannot do time also.  If so, please
explain the name of it, what you use to run it, etc. Thanks.
