[LM_NET] GEN: Message board vs. E-mail

I've been reading the message board on teachers.net.

I really like the format of this. It's easy to skip around between topics, and it's 
easy to see how people have responded to the initial requests.

I wonder if this would be feasible for LM_NET. Keeping up with all the e-mails can 
be tedious. When messages are posted on a message board it can be checked whenever 
convenient without an e-mail message box overflowing.

Just an idea...
