Hi Everyone, Once again I seek your collective wisdom. I have seen many Jeopardy game powerpoint templates online and am currently in the process of designing my own for teachers in my district to use. As I did this, I started wondering what the copyright implications were. Can I call the game Jeopardy? I am assuming I can't use the Jeopardy sound effects. I have numbers in the squares not dollars.... can I still use 100 - 500? The game will be used for face to face instruction/review--- however, what are the ramifications if we start posting these teacher made games online for students to review at home? Thank you in advance for your advice and input. I look forward to hearing your feelings about this situation and any recommendations you may have.
