[LM_NET] TARGET: TV Turnoff Week

Hello, LM_NETTERs,

 

Although it's a bit late, we are considering participating in TV Turn
Off Week, which is scheduled for the last week of April. Since I'm
outside of the U.S., it's difficult for me to obtain packages and we
receive orders only once a year, so I can't order anything from the
organization. Might any of you have pledge form(s) that you would be
willing to send me so that I don't need to reinvent the wheel? Thanks in
advance.
